Terms of Service

By accessing or using any app from Stellandra you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the apps.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use our apps.

We provide the apps as a set of tools. Several apps in this studio are not yet released — where an app is marked “coming soon,” nothing is for sale and no charge is made; joining a waitlist only stores the email you submit so we can notify you. Features and pricing may change before launch.

Some apps use AI to produce results from your input, and those results are estimates or generations — not statements of fact:

• Calorie and nutrition estimates from a photo are approximate and shown as a range. They are not medical or dietary advice; do not rely on them for medical decisions.
• Room designs are visualizations to help you plan, not construction guidance, measurements, or a guarantee of how a real space will look.
• Headshots are AI-generated images, not photographs. We are upfront that they are synthetic; you are responsible for how and where you use them.

You keep ownership of the content you submit (photos, logs, and the like). You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the feature you are using — for example, to process a photo and return a result. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use your private content to train AI models without your explicit consent. How we handle and retain that content is described in our Privacy Policy. One exception: feedback. If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feature requests (including through our feedback form), they are non-confidential, and you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use them without restriction or further obligation. Where we run a rewards program for adopted ideas, the reward described at the time of submission is the entire compensation; reward credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and the program may be adjusted or ended at any time before redemption.

Where an app offers paid plans or one-time purchases, payment is processed by the App Store (or Play Store), not by us directly. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel any time from your device's store settings, and the option is exactly where you expect it. One-time purchases (such as a headshot pack) are charged once. Refunds are handled under the policies of the store you bought through.Per-app review: confirm each app's final pricing model before launch.

Use the apps lawfully and respect others. Do not upload content you have no right to use, do not submit images of other people without their permission, and do not use the apps to create misleading, harmful, or unlawful material. Do not reverse engineer, abuse, or try to gain unauthorized access to the service. Repeated violations may result in account termination.

The apps, their design, and our trademarks belong to Stellandra. These terms do not grant you any right to our branding or code beyond using the apps as intended.

The apps are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stellandra disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may stop using the apps at any time and delete your account (see the Privacy Policy for what deletion entails). We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached.

We may update these terms; we will post the new version here with an updated effective date and, for material changes, give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the apps after changes take effect means you accept them.
