This policy covers Stellandra and all of the apps it makes. Where an individual app does something specific, that app calls it out in-app and in its own store listing. We keep this plain on purpose.
1. The short version
We collect the minimum each app needs to work, and nothing for the sake of it. We do not sell your personal data, we do not share it with data brokers, and we run no third-party advertising or tracking SDKs in our apps or on this site. Some apps process photos to give you a result; we explain that below.
2. Who we are
The apps in this studio are published by Stellandra (California, USA), the “data controller” for the purposes of this policy. Questions go to support@stellandra.com.
3. What we collect
Only what a given app needs:
- Account info — if an app lets you sign in (for example with Apple or Google), we receive a user identifier and, where you allow it, an email address. Some apps work fully without an account.
- Content you create — the things you choose to save or sync, such as a food log, a saved design, or generated images. Several apps keep this on your device by default.
- Photos you submit — only when a feature needs them, and only for as long as that feature needs them (see §4). We do not browse your photo library; you pick what to send.
- Diagnostics — anonymized, aggregate crash and usage data to fix bugs and see which features are used. This is not tied to your identity and is never sold.
4. How photos & AI processing work
Some apps use AI to turn an image into a result. We are specific about what that means, because it varies:
- Real-time analysis, not stored. Calorie Puzzle analyzes a photo of your meal to estimate it, then discards the image — the photo is not kept on our servers. Your resulting log lives on your device.
- Processed to generate output, then removed. AI Room Designer and AI Headshot Pro send the images you choose to a processing service to create your designs or headshots. We use those images only to produce your result, we do not use them to train models without your explicit consent, and we delete the source images when you ask (Headshot Pro removes uploaded source photos on request).
- Sub-processors. To run these features we may use reputable cloud and AI infrastructure providers strictly as processors, under contract, with no rights to your content. They may process data outside your country; we use lawful transfer safeguards.
5. How we use what we collect
To provide the features you opt into, keep them working, prevent abuse, and — using only anonymized aggregates — improve the apps. That is the whole list. No profiling for advertising, no resale, no selling to data brokers.
6. What we never do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers. We do not run third-party ad or tracking SDKs. We do not train AI models on your private content without your explicit consent.
7. Retention, deletion & anonymization
We keep your data only while your account is active or as needed to provide the app. You can request access, correction, export, or deletion at any time by emailing support@stellandra.com from the address tied to your account. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your data: we strip the identifiers that tie records to you and may retain de-identified, aggregate data that can no longer be linked back to you (for example, counts used for reliability). For instance, Calorie Puzzle treats account deletion as anonymization rather than wiping anonymous aggregates. We action deletion requests within 30 days.Per-app review: confirm each app's deletion vs anonymization behavior and retention periods before launch.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA) you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or object to certain processing of your data, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We honor these requests for all users, wherever you are. Email support@stellandra.com to make a request.
9. Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your region, whichever is higher), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will remove it.
10. Changes to this policy
We will post material updates here with a new effective date and, for significant changes, notify active users by email or in-app before they take effect.
