How can we help?
We are a small studio, so support is simple: email us and a real person — usually the one who wrote the code — writes back. No ticket queue, no bot wall. We aim to reply within two business days.

§ 02 · How to get help
Get a useful answer faster
Found a bug or something broken?
Email us with the app name, your device and OS version, and what you did right before it broke. A screenshot or screen recording helps a lot.
Want a feature, or have an idea?
We read every suggestion — a lot of what ships starts as one. Tell us the problem you are trying to solve, not just the feature, so we can find the best fix.
A question about billing?
Subscriptions are handled by the App Store. You can manage or cancel from your device settings, and the cancel button is exactly where you expect it. If something looks wrong, write to us.
Want your data deleted?
You can request access, correction, or deletion any time. Email us from the address tied to your account and we action it within 30 days. See the privacy policy for what each app keeps.
A privacy or security concern?
Tell us what you saw and we will look into it quickly. We collect the minimum each app needs, never sell data, and run no third-party ad tracking.
Press, partnership, or something else?
Same inbox works. Put a clear subject line on it and the right person will pick it up.
