What it is, roughly when, the material, any markings, and a value range with what it rests on. If a photo is not enough, it says so and names the shot that would help: the maker’s mark, a measurement, the underside.

It tells you when it does not know
Most identification apps hand you a number no matter what, because a number looks like an answer. Nobody has reliable sale prices for most antiques and collectibles. So when a photo is not enough, Attic says so — and lists what would narrow it down: a maker’s mark on the movement, the height of the clock, the stamp underneath.
